Building Automation & Controls Department
The Air-Source International, Building Automation & Controls Department was established to provide building automation and energy management systems to help meet our customers building needs. Today we work closely with the Design Build Group to keep up with the fast paced changes and latest engineering concepts in the construction industry. Our training program and customer support program insure that our customers receive the best value for their money.

SERVICES OFFERED:

HVAC and Lighting Controls
Our Building Management System can provide control and monitoring of all your building systems. Utilizing the BACnet standard protocol, the Delta Controls DDC System offers the latest in communication standards. This open system protocol allows us to communicate to any BACnet compliant system out there.

Access Controls
Air-Source International offers access controls products which can be integrated into existing or new facility management systems, or may be installed stand-alone. Access control systems range from proximity to swipe to retinal scan.

Laboratory and Fume Hood Control
Air-Source International Delta DDC System Directly communicates with all major suppliers of lab hood controls.

Third Party Integration
Through the use of Delta BACnet Controls, we are able to communicate with other BACnet Systems as well as offer our customers truly open architecture and open protocol.

24 Hour Building Monitoring
Air-Source International offers 24/7 monitoring of your building systems, including computer rooms, special systems, doors, lights, boilers, and chillers. The alarm systems can send page or voice data to advise of conditions outside of normal parameters.

Industrial Process Controls
Air-Source International BMS can support engineering and design of process controls from boiler plants to full process lines.
