Air-Source International is a full service Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Heating & Ventilation service, preventive maintenance, installation and consulting company located in Miami Lakes, Florida.

Our Company not only provides on demand HVAC services and repairs but also offers a full range of Planned Preventive Maintenance Programs to fit your particular equipment needs.

Air-Source International also operates a full HVAC-R Consulting Department where we can help you with HVAC-R System Analysis Design and Upgrade, Correction of Chronic HVAC Problems, Tenant Comfort Evaluation and Improvement, Building Automation / Energy Management System Analysis, Upgrade or Replacement, Energy Cost Reduction, Analysis and Implementation, Noise and Vibration Analysis and Control, HVAC System Master Planning, Owner’s Representative in Contracting with Energy Service Contractors (ESCO) and many more consulting services offered. Air-Source International is a state licensed certified contractor.

Our firm is fully insured and covers all its employees under the Florida Worker’s Compensation requirements. All of our technicians are certified by the local licensing board as Mechanical Journeyman and are EPA certified in the handling of all refrigerants. All apprentices are registered with the Department of Labor Bureau of Apprenticeship and attend the five-year joint apprenticeship-training program.

The company holds affiliations with the Mechanical Contractors Association, the Mechanical Service Contractors Associations, the Caribbean Hotel Association and the Latin Builders Association, Inc and BOMA.

Our service department is fully radio and cellular dispatched and all service vehicles are fully stocked with inventory to make most HVAC system repairs at the initial contact. We provide (24) hours a day, (7) days a week service. Our technicians are strategically located throughout the tri-county area for a quick response to your service and preventive maintenance needs.

Our prior work experiences include HVAC-R consulting work, direct expansion cooling systems, refrigeration, chilled water systems and central plants, condenser water systems, drainage and specialties such as glycol and ammonia systems.
